The Arts Council produces, hosts and collaborates with others to present exhibitions, festivals and events at various venues throughout the region that are open to the public. Whether it is mounting a local artist’s exhibit or being the regional sponsor of the Governor’s Treasures for the Tree Ornament Competition or NW Ohio Artist Award at the Ohio State Fair, the Arts Council works throughout the Lake Erie West Region to build cultural participation and a sense of community by celebrating the arts and engaging residents in arts experiences.
