how can you rent space?
Renting space at any of the ACLEW facilities is easy and economical for artists, organizations, and the general public. Interested renters are encouraged to call the main office and request a Rental Activity Form.
full-time studio space
Full-time Studio spaces range in size and price from small (10' x 10') up to large full classroom spaces (21' x 33'). Leases may be written for a six-month minimum to one full-year. Leases include normal utilities and water is conveniently located on each floor.
part-time studio space
Part-time Studio spaces range in size from typical classroom spaces to full auditorium spaces. These spaces may be rented by the hour, half-day, or full-day. Many organizations rent space on the same day and time of each week or month for regularly scheduled meetings, rehearsals, or workshops. The Black Swamp Woodcarvers have met every Thursday at Common Space for the past twenty-two years.
